The Jianguo section of Wuhan Metro Line 11 Phase IV takes a 12.56 m CREG slurry shield TBM on a twin-bore river crossing. Each running tunnel measures roughly 4.47 km and passes through hard, high-viscosity mudstone under high water pressure, including a 540 m small-radius curve — a combination that loads the tail seal continuously across the crossing. CENTOR supplies tail grease and TBM lubrication support for the drive.
